

My Journey
I fundamentally believe that success is not only about the destination, but about the experiences and learnings along the way. From Hamburg to Munich, London, and finally Berlin, my motivation has always been to help businesses and individuals build sustainable success.
After completing my degree in Business Administration, I early on discovered my passion for B2B sales and partnerships in technology-driven environments. For more than 15 years, I have worked across industries in commercial roles where growth needed to be structured, executed, and owned.
My experience includes leading the UK expansion at eGYM, managing the DACH market for a leading last-mile and supply chain provider, executing Lovehoney’s global partnership and distribution strategy, rolling out Qunomedical’s B2B go-to-market strategy, and most recently leading both the DACH and global partnership strategy at Parcel Perform.
What connects all of these roles is a strong focus on execution. Building effective processes and systems, coaching teams, and consistently translating strategy into measurable outcomes have been central to my work. Along the way, I have developed proven templates and ways of working that can be pragmatically transferred to other organisations.
